About All Your Health Issues

To make sure RAPAFLO® is right for you, it's important to speak with your healthcare provider about any health issues you may
have. Before your appointment, make a complete list of any questions you'd like to ask and the medications and supplements you
are taking. In particular, be sure to tell your healthcare provider about:

Any liver or kidney problems
you may have
Other medications you may
be taking—especially to treat
high blood pressure
If you have experienced low
blood pressure at any time
(signs of low blood pressure
include fainting, dizziness, and lightheadedness)
