POSSIBLE SIDE
EFFECTS
OF RAPAFLO® (silodosin)

As with most medications, you may experience side effects with RAPAFLO®. This table compares the percentage of patients in clinical studies who reported side effects while taking RAPAFLO® vs those taking a placebo. You will notice that retrograde ejaculation (RE) is the most common. All the other side effects are much less common.

Retrograde ejaculation (RE), a decrease or absence of semen during sex, affects approximately 1 in 4 patients. This can be expected with alpha-blockers that selectively target the prostate. Most patients described this symptom as mild and in most cases it goes away after the drug is stopped. RAPAFLO® does not affect a man's ability to achieve an orgasm or to have and maintain an erection.
